Kilpatrick Townsend established the KTS Employee Financial Support Fund to assist firm employees who are experiencing unanticipated financial hardship. The fund is supported by individual donations. Donations to the fund are tax-deductible, and grants are not taxed for recipient employees, based on the fund's 501(c)(3) status. Grant decisions are made by an independent committee comprised of KTS partners and professional staff, using the criteria outlined in the policy and FAQ documents available on the KT intranet.
How Donations Work
